Mary Em Wall

Mary Em Wall, 64, of Orange passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Baptist Orange Hospital.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with Reverend Marv Howland officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Born in Orange on August 27, 1947, Mary was the daughter of Lovelace and Iva Patterson Wall. She taught public school in the Port Arthur school district for over 30 years, starting in the classroom and was also a school counselor. Mary was a devoted member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Orange.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Frank Wall and Chuck Wall. Mary is survived by her brother, Richard Wall of Orange; nieces and nephews in North Carolina and many cousins in this area.

Mary Em requested that her service be from the 1928 edition of the Book Of Common Prayer. As part of it is "Domine regit me" which means - The King of Love, My Shepherd is".
