Melvin Dudley Levingston, 66, of Orange passed away Monday, September 3, 2012 at his home.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 10, 2012, at Pinehurst Pentecostal Church with Pastor W.W. Smith officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.

Dudley was born June 23, 1946, in Orange to Melvin and Jean Perkins Levingston. He worked as a millwright and he and his wife enjoyed traveling.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Darryl Levingston and is survived by his wife, Linda Levingston of Orange and sons, Christopher Levingston of Teague, TX and David Levingston of Orange. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Laurie Levingston and Daniel Levingston.

Sorry for the loss of a great friend, a brother in Christ and a child of God.
