Mildred Laura White was born December 18, 1925 in Houston, Texas to William Charles and Alice Marie Kester Brown and passed away November 27, 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

A resident of Sour Lake for the past 20 years, she was a former resident of Houston and a retired antique dealer. She was a 1944 graduate of Sam Houston High School in Houston.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Ben P. and Becky White of Sour Lake, Jack L. and Ida White of Groesbeck; one daughter, Laura White Prince and husband, Randy of Marble Falls; five grandchildren, Jason White of Denver, Colorado, Daniel White of Stephenville, Texas, Aaron Prince and wife, Larissa of Pflugervile, Texas; Monica Prince of Pflugerville, Texas, and Corie Cooper of Beaumont, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Nava Lee White of Stephenville, Texas and Cora Emily Prince of Pflugerville, Texas.

Private services will be held at a later date.
