Funeral services for Nalton Joseph Jannise, Sr., 81, of China, Texas will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel in Beaumont. Mr. Jannise was born June 2, 1933 in China, Texas and passed away April 18, 2015 in Houston. A U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Jannise was a retired Supervisor for the Beaumont Reserve Fleet.
He is survived by his wife, Dora Jannise; sons, Nalton Jannise, Jr. and wife, Jennie, Nathan Jannise and wife, Jennifer; daughter, Doreen Jannise LaCombe and husband, Darius, Regina Robinson and husband, Matt; grandchildren, Carrie Fain, Jason Jannise, Karen Jannise, Mark Jannise, Amy Holliday, Darlene Mauboules, Darius LaCombe, Jr., Daneen Hebb, Ryan Jannise, Brittany Weldon, Jeremy Jannise; 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Mr. Jannise is also survived by his sister, Jeanette Veneble and brothers, Cleveland Jannise, Jr., Alvin Jannise, Bill Jannise, Shelton Jannise, and Dale Jannise.
He was preceded in death by his son, Sidney Jannise and brother, Daniel Jannise.
