Graveside services for Nell T. McCoy, 93 of Beaumont, will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at10:00 a.m. in the Magnolia Cemetery.

Mrs. McCoy was born January 4, 1916 in Bangs, TX to Richard and Clara Thomason and passed away in Beaumont, TX on August 10, 2009. She will be fondly remembered by her brother, Wallace Thomason and wife, Louisia; nephews, Bruce Thomason and Wallace R. Thomason; and numerous great-nieces and nephews and friends.

Not many remain who knew Nell when she worked at Neches Butane, but I do because I worked there too as a young man prior to leaving and taking a job with the Beaumont Enterprise. She was a fine lady, very dignified, helpful and kind, even during the midni##imported-begin##Don Jacobs##imported-end##
