Funeral services for Pauline F. Threet, 93, of Beaumont, will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel with Dr. James Blackwell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Threet was born July 3, 1916 in Whitesboro, Texas and passed away June 26, 2010 in Beaumont. She had resided in Beaumont since 1937, was a member of South Park Baptist Church and a former volunteer at Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Addie Franklin; her husband, Robert "J.R." Threet; sister, Mildred Moss; and brother, Fred Franklin.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Lloyd Beaman of Beaumont; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Shirley Threet of Beaumont; grandchildren, Billy Threet, Jerry Threet, Bobby Threet, Melinda McWherter, Bridgette Holdsambeck, and Chris Beaman; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
