Pauline "Polly" Trevathan, 84, of Lumberton, Texas passed away September 5, 2009 in Beaumont, TX. She was born August 22, 1925 in Minden, LA to Claude and Lucille Temple.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jason and Shanna Trevathan, Amber Renee' Trevathan, Shannon Trevathan and Sean Trevathan; great-grandchildren, Madeline Nicole Trevathan, Kinsley Erin Moore and Abigail Rae Trevathan, all of Lumberton, TX. She is also survived by her sister, Irene Schoolcraft and nephews, Ronnie Schoolcraft and Eddie Matthews and special friend and care-giver Valarie Amburn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles E. "Mutt" Trevathan; son, Myron Trevathan; 3 brothers and 1 sister. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel. Visitation will be Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Walker Cemetery in Lufkin, Texas.
