I'm so sorry to learn of the passing of Peggy. Back in the West Side days, she was our heroine. Being a few years older than we were, she would take us girls on "excursions" after church on Sunday nights. Peggy being Peggy, our parents knew we could be trusted with her, and those were the few nights that I could stay out past curfew. We always had such a good time, and it was one of those times that I learned "Pete Smith on Easy Street". She was so special and my condolences go to all of her family.
