Peggy Ann Dunbar

Peggy Ann Dunbar, 64, of Orange, died Friday, March 9, 2012, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Eagle Heights Church in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Bob Vermillion of Eagle Heights Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens near Bridge City.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Monday at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Grenada, Mississippi on April 28, 1947, Peggy was the daughter of Doris Alexander Boyle and Robert S. Trusty. She retired from the Bridge City Post Office and was a member of Eagle Heights Church. She was a loving wife, mother, friend, and Mimi.

Preceded in death by her parents, Peggy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ronnie Dunbar; daughter, Karen Bergeron of Orange; son, James Dunbar of Orange; grandchildren, Ashlyn Bergeron and Trevor Dunbar; sisters, Sandra Morris and husband Dale of Kirbyville, Becky Mazzola and husband Bubba of Orange, Judy Gervais of Port Acres, Betty Trusty and partner Dawn Kirchofer of Round Rock; and brother, Brady Trusty and wife Janie of Kileen.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Jason Foreman, Curtis Dunbar, Jason Trusty, Kyle Harrison, Sean Scott, Justin Trusty, Blaine Slaughter, and Corey Shull. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kurt Foote and Trevor Dunbar.
