Percy Keith Tucker Clayton

Percy Keith Tucker Clayton, 91, of Orange, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with Reverend Lynn Ashcraft officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.

Born in Orange on August 21, 1921, Tucker was the son of Dan and Gussie Rosenbaum Clayton. Tucker served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired as a bodyguard for the Stark Estate after 14 years. He was a member of Cove Baptist Church and a former Deputy Sherriff for Orange County.

Preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Henderson Clayton, Tucker is survived by his daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Misti Lopez and Keith Thibodeaux; great grandson, Hayden Thibodeaux; and sister, Melba Flippen all of Orange.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cove Baptist Church Building Fund, 1005 DuPont Drive, Orange, Texas 77630.
