Perry A. Shriner

Perry Arthur Shriner, 64, was born September 15, 1947 in West Virginia to Paul E. and Doralee Shriner and passed away May 28, 2012 in Beaumont, TX. Perry was a long time resident of Lumberton prior to moving to Orange a short time back and was a retired carpenter.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 30 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 31 at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery, 2317 Irving St., Orange.

Perry is survived by his children, Chasity Roberts and husband, Coby, Hannah Shriner, Nathanael Shriner, Tracy Shriner and Victoria Bertaut and husband Keith; his mother, Doralee Shriner; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Roger, Paul Jr., Robert, William and Fred Shriner and his sister, Rosalie Roy. He was preceded in death by his father, three brothers and one sister.

Part 3 of 4 Perry on many occasions would push the children in the swing set and lead them on horse back rides! He loved all the children as he would stay outdoors a lot to watch them at play. He was there to help them, and to dust them off if they got##imported-begin##Alissa Dyson##imported-end##

Part 4 of 4 Grandma and Papah loved Perry. If Mama were still here she would have so much to say for she bragged on him like a son , he was always there to help with things, repairs in odds and ends around the old home place before and after Papah died. ##imported-begin##Alissa Dyson##imported-end##
