Richard Eugene McLaughlin, 90, of Beaumont was born October 28, 1926 in Buffalo, New York and passed away at his Collier Park residence in Beaumont. Mr. McLaughlin was a retired electrician and member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church. He was also a US Navy veteran and for over 20 years served as a volunteer at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris McLaughlin and a baby daughter.

He is survived by 3 sons, Barry McLaughlin, Bryan McLaughlin, Kevin McLaughlin; daughter, Laurie Streebel; sister, Elaine McLaughlin Zamrok; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
