Richard Reuben Olson

Richard "Dick" Olson was born February 9, 1942 in St. Paul, MN to Reuben & Lillian Johnson Olson and he passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012, in Beaumont. Dick was a long time resident of Beaumont and was the co- owner/operator with his brother, Sandy Olson, of A-OK Moving and Storage Company until his retirement.

Memorial services will take place on Saturday, February 18 at 1:00 PM at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and guests from 12:00 Noon until the service at 1:00 PM.

Mr. Olson is survived by his sons; Lane Olson and significant other, Nancy Bernard, John Holste and wife, Jennifer, daughter, Traci Olson-Syas and husband Pervis, and son, Ryan Olson; grandsons, Hunter, Gavin and Ridge Syas; brothers, Sandy and Don Olson. Dick was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, financial contributions to help with final expenses may be directed to Lane Olson, 7839 Shady Ln, Beaumont, TX 77713.
