Robbie Nell Brumley, 70, of Beaumont was born April 20, 1938 in Paris, Texas to the late John Thomas and Beulah Sikes Quinn and died November 29, 2008 at Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and homemaker and faithful member of Grace and Truth Gospel Tabernacle.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jessie "John" Brumley, Sr. of Beaumont; daughters, Karen Stephens and husband, Charles of Lumberton, Terri Johnson and son-in-law, Lynn Johnson, Julie Harris and husband, Ronald, Rachel Svoboda and husband, Mark all of Beaumont; sons, Jessie "Stony" Brumley, Jr. and wife Lynn of Port Neches and Marrion Paul Brumley and wife, Edwina of Beaumont; grandchildren, Jason Stephens and wife, Tammy, April Bell and husband, Joe, Jennifer Harris and husband, Daniel, Michelle Wiggins and husband, Andrew, Jeremy Brumley, Benjamin Brumley and wife, Amber, Crystal Davis and husband, Nathan, Michael Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Simeon Brumley, Gideon Brumley, Jonah Brumley, Harmony Havelszky and husband, Joshua, Josiah Svoboda and Nathaniel Svoboda.

Great-grandchildren include Joel Bell, Angel Bell, Dakota Bell, Shane Harris, Zachary Wiggins, Zoe Wiggins, Jesse Davis, Samuel Davis, Alexis Johnson, Abigail Johnson, Lillian Havelszky and Olivia Havelszky. She is also survived by her brother, John Wesley Quinn of New Caney, her sister, Lily Mae Kieger of Houston and a very special niece-in-law, Robin Brumley.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel with Reverend Jack Bell officiating. Interment will follow in Haven of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jason Stephens, Jeremy Brumley, Benjamin Brumley, Joshua Johnson, Simeon Brumley, Josiah Svoboda, Nathaniel Svoboda and Joel Bell. Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Kash, Lee Neffendorf, Andrew Wiggins, Daniel Harris and Robert Decker.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Sean and Cindy and the staff of Southeast EMS and to Dr. Jose Lozano for their care and support over the years.
