A memorial service for Robert Marshall “Bob” Wells, 81, of Beaumont will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014 at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. A reception will precede the service at 10:00 a.m.

Bob was born Dec. 26, 1932 in North Wilkesboro, NC and passed away Nov. 23, 2014 in Houston, TX. He was U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War and was a retired funeral director having worked for both Kelley-Watkins and Forest Lawn Funeral Homes.

He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Lene Wells of West Linn, OR; one daughter and son-in-law, Greta and Terry Stockman of Ahoskie, NC; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Kay Gorman, June Lester and Kathy Fischetti.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jon Wells; daughter, Lori Kim Vazquez; and brother, Sidney Mabry.
