I met Roy in the fall of 1972. We swapped yarns, and we talked power plant. He helped me a lot learning how to do my job. If I had a friend at Neches and Sabine Power plants, Roy was once of the best

Roy was my papa my father when my dad was not there. He taught me how to fish, hunt, run a trot line, sharpen a knife, and work on the car. He put the C in country on how a country boy can survive. He turned a boy into a man. I will always have love and respect for what he did for me. 🤠:muscle: :pray:Love, Ethan
