Roy V. Dean, 83 of Orange, and Huxley Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 21st. Private Services will be held in Huxley, Texas. He was a member of Lydia Baptist Church and retired from DuPont, Sabine River Works. He also served in World War II in Korea. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, great Dad and Poppa and will be missed beyond words.

Survived by his wife and love of his life for 63 years, Johnnie Dean; daughters, Vickie Crowson, Donna Padgett, Kaye Sims and husband, Jimmy; six grandchildren, Jeff Witterstaeter, Jayson Crowson and wife, Crystal, Jessica Russo and husband, Joseph, Zack Padgett and wife, Karon, Colby Padgett and Haley Sims; 6 great-grandchildren, Madison, Jayce, Jaydon, Bryce, Brock and Hadley; also many treasured friends and hunting and fishing buddies.
