Sherwin and I worked hand in hand on the flare gas recovery project. His wisdom was valuable input to the facility design. His attitude was “can do“ and his patience was immense. He was simply a pleasure to work with. Because of his much appreciated assistance, the start up was flawless, on time, and under budget. I also remember many weekends we spent together when I had weekend duty for logistics and environmental. He bailed me out of the frying pan a couple of times :yum:. Sherwin was the best. Period. I cherish my memories of working with Sherwin at Motiva. He was a good man and was a great mentor to me in the early years of my career. He always took time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions. Lot's of fond memories of our time together. May the peace of Christ be with his family during this difficult time.

Sista, words can’t express the sadness I feel in my heart. Sherwin was a wonderful brother n law (even though he thought he was right all the time lol) . He was one of a kind for sure and we will miss him dearly. I wish I could take your sadness away. You are my heart and I love you so much. Your little sista Debra.
