Terry Neil Satterthwaite

Terry Neil Satterthwaite, 74, of Beaumont, passed away on March 10, 2021, at Harbor Hospice.

Memorial Gathering will be held from 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m., March 24, 2021, at Claybar Kelly-Watkins in Beaumont.

Born in Marion, In., on October 18, 1946, he was the son of Phillip Joe Satterthwaite and Bonnie (Hicks) Satterthwaite. Terry served his country proudly for 21 years in U.S. Navy, retiring as Sr. Chief. While he served, he worked as a sonar tech and worked on submarines for a time. He was a member of Shriners and also a 32nd Degree Mason. Terry enjoyed attending the Shriners parades, working with children, and traveling anywhere he could. He loved Cajun dancing, fishing, and golfing. Terry was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know and love him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip Satterthwaite and Bonnie Satterthwaite; sisters, Shiela, Pamela; and aunt, Libby Coombs.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie Satterthwaite; step mom, Maddnna Fowler; children, Lisa Marie Wall and husband Kurt, Ian Satterthwaite and wife Kerri, Jimmy Sterling and wife Janet, Mark Sterling and Tracy, Sharon Crawford, Michael Sterling and wife Dawn; grandchildren, Nicole, Shayna, Kianna, Meghan, Christina; great-grandchildren, Maya, Sherrie, Elijah, and Jeremiah; uncles, Professor Thomas Curtis and wife Pat, Don Coombs; and cousins, Tom and Sydney.

The family would greatly appreciate if you plan to attend the memorial gathering to please still wear a mask for their safety and health.
