Vera Mae Kelley

Vera Mae Kelley, 82 was born June 18, 1930 in Shepherd, TX to Walter and Georgia Shreader Wood and passed away August 5, 2012 in Beaumont, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Kelley is a longtime resident of Beaumont and a faithful member of The Apostolic Church for many years.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at The Apostolic Church in Beaumont, TX. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:00 PM at the church. Officiating the services will be Pastor Jonathan Elms and Reverend Marvin Cole. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by her husband of 66 years, David Lawrence Kelley; son, Richard Kelley; daughter, Rhonda Bryan and husband Mark; granddaughters, Holli, Elizabeth and Ansleigh; grandsons, Josh and Anthony; three great-grandchildren; sisters Bernice and Nell and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Cedric, Earl and Shine Wood.
