Funeral services for Veronica Lulane Braddock, 67, of Lumberton will be held Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel. An interment service will be held Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hemphill Cemetery in Hemphill, Texas. A gathering of friends and family will be Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.

Mrs. Braddock was born, Oct. 21, 1947 in Hemphill, Texas and passed away Nov. 5, 2014 at her residence in Lumberton. A former resident of Beaumont and Mauriceville, she retired from Southwestern Bell as a customer service representative and was a member of the former Pine Burr Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Braddock; parents, Buster and Edna Ferguson; sister, Becky Ferguson and brother, Wallace Ferguson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Christi Perez and husband, J.D. of Beaumont, Amber Woolever and husband, Troy of Orange; son, John Robert Stanphill, Jr. and wife, Amy of Palm Desert, CA; brother, William Ferguson and wife, Judy of Orange; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

It is a shock to learn of Ronni's passing, just days ago I was reading her Facebook messages that sounded as if she was doing good. Mr deepest heartfelt condolences to all her family, friends, and loved ones. I pray God gives each of you strength and comfort now and in the days ahead.
