Victoria Deckert, age 4, was born January 28, 2007 to LaWanda Russell and Robert Deckert and passed away December 15, 2011. Funeral services will take place Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 – 9:00 PM. Visitation will also continue on Wednesday morning until the service time at 3:00 PM.

Victoria is survived by her mother, LaWanda Russell and her father, Robert Deckert; brother, Chace Soignet; sisters, Tori Soignet, Bailey Wilburn and Kaylynn Deckert; grandfather Marvin Lynn Deckert and wife, Bonnie Deckert, grandfather, Aaron Richard Wych; her aunt, Kristy Deckert; uncle Marvin Deckert; cousin, Destiny Whiddon and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jennifer Wych and her aunt, Brandy Tillery.
