Wiley Homer Brown Jr., 58, of Beaumont, TX passed away August 25th, 2012 after a long battle with multiple sclerosis with his family by his side at his home in Beaumont, TX. Wiley was born January 3rd in Beaumont to Juanita Lundberg Brown and Wiley Homer Brown Sr.

Wiley was a member of Pipefitters Local 195 and worked as a plumber/pipefitter for many years. Most recently, Wiley was employed at North Star Steel/Cargill. Wiley was an avid sportsman who enjoyed saltwater and freshwater fishing, deer hunting, as well as all kinds of bird hunting, skeet shooting and sporting clays. In his early years, Wiley spent his spare time at the family camp in Fannett, on Toledo Bend or Sabine Lake, Roses' Range, or 1-in-100 Gun Club. Wiley put his whole heart and soul into whatever endeavor he took on and by doing so, built many great friendships along the way.

Wiley is survived by his wife, Patricia Brown; daughters, Paige Brown of Beaumont and Robin Brown of Katy; stepsons, Michael Flores of Beaumont and Edward Flores of Dallas and stepdaughter, Debbie Flores of Dallas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 29th at 10:00 AM Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home, Beaumont, with Reverend David Edwards officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, August 28th at the funeral home from 5:00 - 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM.

Multiple Sclerosis is a horrible disease...to take a strong, fun-loving, outgoing, man and leave him frail and bed ridden, is an awful thing. We were with you until the end, your REAL family.
