William Herbert Cy Knowles was born October 14, 1914 in Monument, NM to James and Vera Byrd Knowles and passed away on November 1, 2010 in Beaumont, Texas. A gathering of friends and family will take place at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3. Funeral services will be held at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
Mr. Knowles is survived by his sons, Walter Knowles and wife, Kathy, Richard Knowles; daughters, Charlotte Williams, Leslie Williamson and husband, Dickie, Renata Smith; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren. Mr. Knowles is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lenora Manning.
