William Raymond Pittman

William Pittman, 91, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on October 3, 2022, in Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral services will be 5:00PM, Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas. Officiating will be Rowdy Nash.

Visitation will be from 4:00PM, Sunday, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on August 11,1931, he was the son of William Pitman, Sr. and Bessie Pitman. William was a hard-working person that was good at anything he set his mind to. He served in the Marines and after became a successful businessman. In addition to his many hobbies, William was a great golfer, tennis player, and also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband and a doting father and grandfather, and will be deeply missed by all who loved him during his journey through life

He was preceded in death by his parents William Pittman, Sr. and Bessie Pittman; his wife Joan Pittman; his son David Pittman; and granddaughter Katie Pittman.

He is survived by his son, Bill G. Pittman and wife Mary; his daughters, Lynn Sticker and husband Walter and Sandy Leonard and husband Calvin; and his grandchildren Taylor Pittman, Blake Sticker, Brett Sticker, Riley Sticker, and Evan Leonard.
