Yves Viscardis, 97, of Beaumont passed away January 1, 2008 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Charles S. Kelley Memorial Chapel at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow in Ardoin Cemetery, Easton LA at 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Viscardis was born November 1, 1910 in Beaver Creek LA to Christopher and Oline Guillory Viscardis. He retired over 30 years ago as a pumper at Gulf Oil Company and was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during World War II.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Marjorie Ardoin Viscardis and brother, Sidney Viscardis.

He is survived by step-son, Ronald Vidrine and wife, Ruth of Beaumont; granddaughter, Denise Schaeffer and husband, Bret of Beaumont; great grandchildren, Annie and Wesley Schaeffer; sister, Ivy Davis of Pine Prairie LA and many nieces and nephews.
